Diagnosis

An entry in the quantity data at size level has no corresponding item entry.

System Response

Procedure

The external system sending the IDoc or calling the BAPI must correct the segment or parameter content:

• The PREQ_ITEM and MATERIAL field values used in the /AFS/BAPI_PUR_RQTN_SIZE segment (REQUISITION_AFS_DATA parameter) must be for an item with the same PREQ_ITEM and MATERIAL in the E1BPEBANC segment (REQUISITION_ITEMS parameter).
