Diagnosis

The material &V1& is not using any coverage strategy in plant &V2&, but stock category &V3& is specified in the Quantity at size level data for this material.

The external system sending the IDoc or calling the BAPI must correct the segment or parameter content:

The STOCK_CATEG field must not contain any value in the /AFS/BAPI_PUR_RQTN_SIZE segment (REQUISITION_AFS_DATA parameter) refering to material &V1&.
