Diagnosis

The following was found during the posting of a confirmation in a batch input:

• AFS records were filtered (filter is not empty)

• A final confirmation should be posted.

• Quantities were not proposed until you saved in your confirmation profile.

System Response

In this case, this could lead to the operation being finally confirmed but only partially.

This would cause confirmations for following operations to only allow quantities for already posted dimensions.

The system therefore uses the automatic determination of the status 'final or partial confirmation'.

Procedure

1. If you want to finally confirm the operation, although not all dimensions/bundles are fulfilled:
2. Change the default calculation of 'Default when saved' to a different activity.
3. Specify that it is a final confirmation.
4. Delete the default quantities and in so doing, post a zero quantity for all dimensions.
