Diagnosis

The class belonging to the selection engine ID maintained for this interface does not exist or is not a selection engine class.

System Response

It is not possible to do error handling for messages of this interface with the SAP Application Interface Framework.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator or interface developer.

Procedure for System Administration

If a custom-specific selection engine was maintained for the interface, in Customizing for the SAP Application Interface Framework under Additional Interface Properties -> Define Custom Engines, check which class is maintained for the custom-specific selection engine. Check if the selection engine class exists. If it exists, check if the class implements interface /AIF/IF_SELECTION_ENGINE or inherits from class /AIF/CL_SELECTION_ENGINE_BASE.
