Diagnosis

The number of selected database entries has exceeded the allowed limit.

System Response

Database entries that have exceeded the limit have been discarded and are not displayed.

Procedure

For further information and/or assistance, contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration

You need to increase the limit for the selected database entries.

The limitation is defined on four levels. The limitation number is determined top-down. Once a valid number is determined, the rest of the levels are skipped. A number is valid if it is bigger than 0 and bigger than the number of entries found on the database.

The four levels are as follows:

1. The Max. Number maintained on the selection screen
2. User parameter: /AIF/ERR_MAX_RESULT
3. The Max. Number maintained in the table /AIF/ERR_APP (use SM31)
4. Fixed fallback number: 20,000
