Diagnosis

The entry data facade either does not exist or is not instantiable.

System Response

This is a critical error caused by wrong settings in Customizing. The Monitoring and Error Handling transaction cannot continue.

Procedure

Check that the entry data facadeexists and that it does not have a private constructor.

The entry data facadeclass has to implement interface /AIF/IF_ENTRY_DATA_FACADE. The entry data facadeneeds to be assigned in Customizing for the SAP Application Interface Framework under Define Applications.
