You are not authorized to Create/Delete/Change batch job.

Procedure
Contact your system administrator
Procedure for System Administration
- If this is your user ID, check the Data Transfer report configuration. Run transaction /AIF/MONI_JOB_CONF. Assign a user ID that provides you sufficient authorization to run the job (report).
- If this is not your user ID, assign the relevant authorizations to the user ID to operate the batch job.
