Diagnosis

You inserted a value mapping that does not exist either in the namespace you specified or it does not exist at all.

System Response

The transaction cannot be executed.

Procedure

Check if the namespace and the value mapping you inserted exists and if the value mapping exists in the namespace you specified. If it does not exist, the value mapping needs to be created in Customizing for the SAP Application Interface Framework under Define Value Mappings.
