Diagnosis

The report /AIN/STATUS_PING generated an exception when trying to ping the device controller. The possible exception causes are:

• MAPPING_ERROR ,,,,= 1

• COMMUNICATION_ERROR ,,= 2

• CUSTOMIZATION_ERROR ,,= 3

• DEVICE_PARAM_ERROR ,,= 4

• OTHERS ,,,,= 5
