Diagnosis

There is no Israeli withholding tax number defined for the company code in your Customizing settings.

System Response

The report cannot generate the output file.

Procedure

Specify the withholding tax number for the parameter ILTAXFin Customizing for Financial Accounting, under Financial Accounting Global Settings -> Global Parameters for Company Code -> Maintain Additional Parameters.
