Diagnosis
The parameter for the accountant person has not been set up in Customizing.
System Response
The report cannot generate the output file.
Procedure
In Customizing for Financial Accounting, choose Advanced Compliance Reporting -> Setting Up Your Compliance Reporting and enter a value for the IL_WHT_ACCOUNTANT_PERSONparameter in the Enter Parameters Specific to Report Category activity.
