Before you execute a new run to generate the INI and the BKMVDATA TXT files for submission to the tax authorities, ensure that you have entered a file path in the File pathfield in the File Specificationsgroup box. When the files are generated, the file path is entered in the INI file that the tax authorities check. If the file path is missing from the file, the tax authorities could reject the submission or send an error to the submission.

If you do not enter a file path, you can use the generated files and the ALV lists only to check the data; but you cannot send them to the tax authorities.

Please also note that the files are not saved automatically in this path. You must manually download the files that were generated during the report run using the Run Statutory Reportsapp and save them in this path.
