Diagnosis

The system cannot determine the exchange rate in exchange rate category for currency pair , conversion category , and date .

This may be due to the following:

• The exchange rate was not found, or if the rate is a cross rate, one of the exchange rates between the currency and the reference currency was not found.

• The exchange rate(s) used is/are too old.

• If the exchange rate category for determining bid or ask rates has the "Rate Spreads" attribute, the rate spread for the exchange rate was not found.

• One of the exchange rates involved is zero. This means that the exchange rate table contains inconsistent data, because the system usually checks whether the exchange rate is different from zero when data is supplied (automatically or manually).
