Diagnosis
SDCCN uses an own RFC connection to the SAP's support backbone with name 'SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL'. Checking the availability and the activation of this RFC connection failed.

Procedure
In SAP Solution Manager, the connection to SAP’s support backbone is configured via task list SAP_SUPPORT_HUB_CONFIG (transaction STC01).
