You do not have the authority required to view the application log of sales returns entry.

Procedure

Ask your system administrator for the authority to view the application log (activity = 03, ALG_OBJECT = /BEV1/SR, ALG_SUBOBJ = ANALYSIS) in the authority object S_APPL_LOG erteilen.
