Diagnosis

At present, the document data for Excise Duty are blocked by another program/job. Therefore, they are not available.

This may be caused by the following:

• A period-end closing is being performed

• The document selection is active

• Resetting the Excise Duty data for material documents is active

System Response

The function is terminated.

Procedure

Start closing the period again later.
