Diagnosis

The mentioned node has been marked for deletion by the CDS BO synchronization. This may be caused by commenting the annotation '@ObjectModel.association.type: #TO_COMPOSITION_CHILD' in a transactional CDS view.

This means, that the node still exists and is still active in the BO model. The runtime is not affected. The node has the DELETE indicator set to TRUE now, so that it can be deleted from the BO model in a subsequent step.

Procedure

If you want to delete the node from the BO model, start the BO editor and delete the node manually.

If you don't want to delete the node from the BO model, revisit your transactional CDS views and check the compositions.
