/BOFU/ARCH032 - Database cursor was closed during archiving run - /BOFU/ARCH 032

Diagnosis

Running archiving programs in a dialog process, it can happen that the database cursor to the ROOT table of the processed business object is closed by the system.

In general, archiving programs for preprocessing, writing, or deleting should be executed in background, to avoid that the system closes database cursors.

System Response

The archiving run is aborted.

Procedure

Use the Archive Administration (SARA) to schedule archiving runs in background, or schedule archiving programs in background.
