Diagnosis

Table /BON/C_COND_CT does not contain a record with application and condition type . Table /BON/C_COND_CT (corresponds to table T685A in SAP ERP) contains the usage-specific additional data for the condition type.

System Response

Processing is canceled.

Procedure

Check the Customizing settings for condition generation:

  • If the condition type comes from SAP ERP, check the condition type there and perform a Customizing download. You cannot create the condition type manually in SAP CRM.
  • If the condition type comes from SAP CRM, maintain the missing fields for the condition type.
