Diagnosis
You are not allowed to create a condition record with the usage BO (rebate) manually.

Procedure
To create rebate conditions, proceed as follows:
- Choose the tab page 'Quantities/Trade Spends'.
- Create a trade spend on the tab page.
- Choose Generate Conditions.
