Diagnosis

You tried to delete a condition for rebate agreement . However, the rebate agreement has the status to be settled or settled.

The message may also appear if you carry out a function that implicitly deletes conditions for rebate agreement , for example, if you regenerate the conditions because the planning customer has changed.

System Response

Rebate agreements with the status to be settled or settled cannot be deleted in SAP CRM. You can only change them in SAP ERP.

Procedure

Reset the status of the rebate agreement in SAP ERP to SPACE. You can then delete the rebate agreement and the conditions assigned to it in SAP CRM.
