Diagnosis

The relevant bank statement selection variant for the Sender IDand Message Typewas not found.

System Response

The system sets the status for the inbound bank statement message to error status. You can see the status and the reason in the Connector Monitor.

When you have corrected the error, you can trigger the reprocessing of the message in the Connector Monitor.

Procedure

To correct this error, perform the following steps:

1. In transaction FF.5, click the Program TitleBank Statement: Various Formats (SWIFT, MultiCash, BAI...)and choose Choose.
2. Check if there is a corresponding variant created for the bank statement message (for example, message type CAMT.053.001.02, variant name MT940).
3. If there is no corresponding variant, create one.
4. In Customizing for Multi-Bank Connectivity Connectorunder Maintain Selection Variants for Bank Statements, enter the variant for the relevant Sender IDand Message Type, for example:
