Diagnosis

An error occurred during the creation of a message for the SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity. This type of error is usually caused by a configuration issue.

System Response

The creation of the format data and the message was aborted.

Procedure

Perform the following checks:

• Check the configuration settings of the format in transaction OBPM1.

1. Start transaction OBPM1
2. Navigate to the details view of the affected format
3. Choose the Customer Settings for Formatpushbutton
4. In the dialog structure navigate to the node Event Modules

• Check that the function module /BSNAGT/FI_PAYMEDIUM_DMEE_20 is defined as the format in the Customer Event Modules view for event Event 21 - Start/file header.
