/CCIS/EXPORT041 - The operation is already processed as not confirmed in time - /CCIS/EXPORT 041

Diagnosis

You are trying to confirm an export operation for a document that already has an event of type Export not Confirmed on Time, but there is an unconfirmed amount in the corresponding secondary event differs from the current unconfirmed amount. It may mean that the line that you are trying to process has already been processed.

System Response

The system prevents you from creating the secondary event for export confirmation.

Procedure

You can enter the next date in the Verification Datefield and create a secondary event with the type Export Confirmed Late. This operation will be reflected in VAT reports correspondingly.

Alternatively, you can remove the existing event of type Export not Confirmed on Time using the Secondary Events Table Maintenance program (transaction J3RTSEMAINT) and then create two new events: one for a confirmed part and one for the unconfirmed part. Make sure that the tax transfer documents are not yet posted or reversed. If you use the Separate VAT solution, reverse incoming tax transfer as well.
