Diagnosis

You tried to delete a tax objects hierarchy. Basically, you do not have the authorization to do this.

System Response

In this case, the system does not allow you to delete.

Procedure

Obtain authorization to delete tax object hierarhies (J_3RF_TAXH activity 06) from your user administrator.
