Diagnosis
You tried to view list of tax objects hierarchies. Basically, you do not have the authorization to do this.
System Response
In this case, the system does not allow you to do it.
Procedure
Obtain authorization to view tax hierarchies (J_3RF_TAXH activity 03) from your user administrator.
