Diagnosis

An upgrade/update is scheduled, and a running activation process must be stopped before the to proceed the upgrade /update process. The current activation process did not stop within a given period and must be aborted. The reason is a long running activity.

System Response

The system aborts the activation job and set the activation in a consistent status to ensure that a restart of the activation will be triggered without any issues after the upgrade/update.

Please check the activity that has been activated.
