Diagnosis

The IMG activity appears not to be associated with the customizing object (as displayed in the general tab of the activity). Probably this activity was created from a transport request. In this case, the feature of "Customizing" through the Solution Builder is not possible.

Another explanation is that in the meantime, the assignment between IMG activity and customizing object has been changed. If you newly create the IMG Activity in your Building Block, it will show you the possible Customizing Objects or directly select the correct one.

Use extract customizing or recreate the IMG activity.
