Diagnosis

An evaluation of your system indicates that resource exists in the current version or the baseline version of a project plan. Therefore, resource cannot be deleted.

System Response

The system does not allow deletion of master data that has been used in a transactional business process (in this case, customer or internal projects).

Procedure

Delete all entries where resource is used in a customer or internal project. If you've created a baseline version, you can delete such entries by updating the baseline version with the current version.
