Diagnosis
Your system is not configured to receive staffing assignments from an external system.
System Response
Resource supplies are not created in the target SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
Procedure
If you wish to integrate your SAP S/4HANA Cloud system with an external staffing solution, contact a key user responsible for setting up your business configuration.
Procedure for System Administration
Key users can activate such an integration using the Manage Your Solution app, and choosing Configure Your Solution > Professional Services application area > Customer and Internal Project Management > Define Settings for Planning.
