System Response

The system does not allow the blocking of the workforce assignment.

Procedure

Follow these steps:

1. Launch the Plan Customer Projects or the Plan Internal Projects app.
2. Edit the project .
3. Navigate to the Team tab and review the staffing for the corresponding workforce person.
4. Take one of the following actions:

• If the workforce assignment is not yet confirmed, you may delete it or assign another person.

• If the workforce assignment is confirmed but no actuals have been posted yet, you may delete the assignment or assign another person.

Business partners and workforce persons assigned to projects can be blocked only if the project stage is Closed.
