Diagnosis

Recalculation failed due to one the following reasons:

1. Work package contains an inactive work item and the inactive work item is also assigned to a resource plan.
2. The workforce person assigned to a resource plan is inactive.
3. There was an error during the recalculation of cost or revenue.

System Response

Procedure

To resolve errors due to an inactive work item, follow one of these steps:

• Edit work package and reactivate the inactive work item.

• Edit the resource plan of work package and replace the inactive work item with an active one.

If the workforce person assigned to a resource plan is inactive, replace it with an active one.
