Diagnosis
CRM interactive reporting requires several functions that are only available with support package and subsequent releases or with SAP note .
System Response
The system determined that the highest installed support package does not match the minimum requirements for CRM interactive reporting.
Procedure
Verify that SAP note is installed, or import the required support package . We recommend to upgrade to the latest available support package.
