Diagnosis

Global settings and exchange rates need to be transferred from the CRM client to the BW client.

System Response

For technical reasons, this message can be displayed even if the transfer has already been made.

Procedure

We recommend to install SAP Note 1058973 before scheduling the program described below. Thereby you prevent the potential deletion of entries in table TCURX. For more information, see SAP Note 354638.

As an alternative, you can use the Data Warehousing Workbench (transaction RSA1) for regular updates of currencies and global settings (see the context menu for source systems).

Use the ABAP Editor (transaction SE38) to create a variant of program Transfer Currencies and Settings from CRM Client to BI Client(/CRMBW/TRANSFER_CURR).

Enter the logical system for one of your CRM clients and save the variant.

Use Define Background Job (transaction SM36) to schedule a job (on an hourly basis) for the variant of program /CRMBW/TRANSFER_CURR you have created.
