Diagnosis

You have to activate Internet Communication Framework (ICF) services.

System Response

For technical reasons, this message can be displayed even if the activation has already been performed.

Procedure

To activate the necessary ICF services for CRM interactive reporting perform the following steps:

1. Start Maintain Services (transaction SICF) and choose Execute.
2. Under Virtual Host / Services select default_host-> sap -> crm.
3. Select crm_op_query. In the context menu choose Activate Service.
4. Select crm_or_mime. In the context menu choose Activate Service.
5. Under Virtual Host / Services select default_host-> sap -> bc -> bsp -> sap.
6. Select bsp_crm_flexbse. In the context menu choose Activate Service.
