Diagnosis

System Response

For technical reasons, this message can be displayed although the setting is already maintained.

Procedure

Start User Maintenance: Initial Screen (transaction SU01) and check the user authorization and role assignments.

To enable CRM interactive reporting the current user must have the role Business Information Warehouse, RFC user in the Warehouse (SAP_CRM_OR_USER) assigned in the CRM client for authorization. In addition, user ALEREMOTE must have profiles S_BI-WHM_RFC and S_BI-WX_RFC assigned in the BI client.

Note that role SAP_CRM_UIU_ANALTYICSPRO already contains the role SAP_CRM_OR_USER.
