Diagnosis

Your source system is not connected to the BW client.

Procedure

Start the Data Warehousing Workbench and connect the CRM client as a source system, using an RFC connection pointing to this client:

We recommend to use trusted RFC connections pointing to the CRM client. Name the RFC connections with suffix "_T" in order to emphasize the trusted connection property, which lets you easily recognize them when needed.

Start the Configuration of RFC Connections(transaction SM59) and create the RFC connection. Set the flags Current User and Trust Relationship "yes".

As a result, user log in is enabled without logon screen, because of the trusted connection. You can test connections using Configuration of RFC Connections (transaction SM59) and choosing Remote Logon.
