System Response

Procedure

To authorize the use of CRM interactive reporting assign the business role SAP_CRM_OR_USER in the CRM client. This business role contains all authorizations required to execute BW reports and displaying BW query results. However, it does not cover any authorization relevant for UI applications.

Note that business role SAP_CRM_UIU_ANALTYICSPRO already contains SAP_CRM_OR_USER.

Procedure for System Administration

Note that the Application Link Enabling (ALE) user, typically ALEREMOTE, must have sufficient authorization for BI Content activation in the BW client.
