Diagnosis

The system checks the configuration of the Application Link Enabling (ALE) user .

System Response

Procedure

Check whether the ALE user is of type SYSTEM and group SUPER.

The user must have the business roles SAP_BC_USR_CUA_CLIENT and SAP_BC_USR_CUA_SETUP_CLIENT assigned. In addition, the user must have the profiles Business Information Warehouse, RFC user in the Warehouse (S_BI-WHM_RFC) and Business Information Warehouse, RFC-User Extraction (S_BI-WX_RFC) assigned.

Check whether the ALE user is now enabled to activate BI Content, and to create and modify BI Content objects in customer namespace.
