Diagnosis

Shows the unique BW client as defined in your system.

Verify the setting and correct it, if necessary, before proceeding with the wizard.

Procedure for System Administration

You can define any client as the unique BW client using Function Builder (transaction SE37). Execute the function module RS_MANDT_UNIQUE_SET. For I_MANDT enter the client. Execute the function module.

You can use Client Copy by Transport Request (transaction SCC1) to create new clients.

Do not change this setting once you have defined it in the productive environment. All persistent data in the BW system will be lost, when you change the setting, since you subsequently have to remove all source systems, including the Myself system. In addition, you may have to manually clean up the metadata repository. Knowledge about BW technology is strongly recommended.
