Diagnosis

Order has neither been delivered nor technically completed at date .

System Response

The preliminary settlement issues error message /CWM/CO101, as the posted quantities may be incomplete.

Procedure

Splitting the costs on the basis of the actual quantities is only possible once the order has been delivered or is technically completed.

You can control this message using transaction OBA5 (Work Area /CWM/CO). If you set the message to be an "I" or "W" message, the split is made based on the equivalence numbers entered in the order. You can also suppress message /CWM/CO101 completely.
