Diagnosis
A nomination for a contract that is associated with a deal that is not yet approved for scheduling cannot be created.
System Response
Procedure
In order for a deal to be allowed to be scheduled, it must first be approved by all the agents. The responsible approvers must go to their inboxes and approve the deal.
