Diagnosis

The automatic creation of deliveries from the reload dialog has failed.

System Response

To avoid data inconsistencies in the settlement cockpit, the upload of tour data to the route accounting database has been terminated.

Procedure

Remove the cause that has prevented delivery creation (see the application log) and then create the delivery from the reload dialog.

Afterwards, you must transfer the tour manually to the DSD backend using the admin console.
