Diagnosis
The settlement document cannot be blocked because the system reported an error in the lock management.
System Response
The settlement document cannot be processed. Further settlement documents, if any, will be processed.
Procedure
Inform your system administrator. Wait until the error in the lock management is corrected. Then you can repeat processing.
