Diagnosis

Due to the lack of resources, (further) tasks could not be started in the course of parallel processing.

System Response

When the parallelization environment has reported a resource problem, the system tries to restart the taks after 10 seconds. Altogether the system makes ten attempts to start the task. If resources are still not available, processing is prematurely terminated.
