Diagnosis
Relevant invoice data could not be blocked because the system reported an error in the lock management.
System Response
The invoice data in question cannot be processed. Further data will possibly be processed.
Procedure
Inform your system administrator. Wait until the error in the lock management has been corrected. Afterwards you can repeat processing.
