One of the following errors (see return code number) occurred in function module /DSD/SL_SALES_ACT_UPDATE, which is called to update the sales activity:

Procedure

If case 1 is involved, maintain the appropriate data in Customizing under Sales and Distribution → Sales Support → Sales Activities → Define Sales Activity Results and Result Reasons.
