Diagnosis

According to Customizing for DSD Output Control for Visit Lists, IDocs or a printout need to be created for further processing of visit list type .

System Response

As of Release ERP 2005 EHP3, the Customizing settings for the DSD tour status must specify which visit list type forms a new DSD tour in the new visit list. Only these visit list types (presellers) are recognized as DSD tours and can take part in the DSD process.

Procedure

Make the Customizing settings for the DSD tour status for the sales process.
