Diagnosis

You are trying to release configuration of journal . You want characteristic to be taken over to the journal line item. However, characteristics can only be taken over if they are not also in the document header. The characteristic mentioned above is in the released configuration of the document header.

System Response

Configuration will not be released.

Procedure

Make sure that the characteristic you want is either configured at the 'header' level of the document or, alternatively, remove the characteristic from the document header.
