/ACCGO/ILMARA2 - Maintain ILM Audit Areas

In this Customizing activity, you maintain Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) audit areas.

The system lists the existing audit areas. You can create a new audit area by choosing New and entering the Audit Area, Audit Area Description and selecting the Policy Category. You can then assign objects by clicking the Object Assignment checkbox.

You can assign additional objects to existing audit areas by selecting the Audit Area and choosing Continue. Then on the detail screen choose Edit to enable the Object Assignment checkbox.

In the Table of Contents, choose Using ILM Retention Management in the Application System -> Processing Audit Areas.

SAP provides an audit area of /ACCGO/AUD as an example. You can use this audit area or create your own.
